Connect an online business
- Ask HaulMatch to configure its registered MYOB OAuth app and exact callback. Start with a MYOB test business.
- Choose MYOB, select your environment and connect the business you intend to use. OAuth binds the selected businessId; reconnecting cannot silently change it.
- After validation, enable the connection. Selecting Test in HaulMatch does not turn a live MYOB business into a sandbox.
Review each freight document
- Load eligible freight invoices and existing MYOB customer or supplier contacts, ledger accounts and tax codes. The first 100 entries are shown; use the mapping UID API fields for larger ledgers if needed.
- Choose the correct contact, account and tax code. Preview the original supplier, payer, date and frozen AUD totals. Tax code validation must reproduce the issued GST.
- Explicitly confirm export. Fleets export company-issued freight sales invoices; shippers export company-paid purchase bills. DRIVER-paid personal revenue cannot be exported as fleet sales.
Scope and uncertain submissions
This release supports service freight invoices and bills only. It does not create contacts, post payments, reconcile bank transactions, export platform fees, refunds or credit notes. Desktop AccountRight, EXO and Acumatica need separate integrations.
The MYOB number is a stable document identifier; the original invoice number remains in the comment or supplier invoice number. Reconciliation checks the original invoice reference, contact, frozen amounts and ledger/tax mappings on the existing remote document. If no definitive match is found, inspect MYOB before taking further action.
