Provider not selected — live sync unavailable
EWD setup is preparation only. HaulMatch does not ingest diary records, calculate fatigue, approve work eligibility or replace an NHVR-approved electronic work diary. No vendor credentials are requested until a provider contract is selected.
Prepare driver mapping
- A fleet owner opens Business apps and prepares EWD setup.
- Owners and fleet managers add an internal mapping reference for an eligible member driver. Team managers can only map drivers within their assigned team.
- Choose an approved provider and obtain its supported authentication, API permissions, driver identity format, event semantics and data retention terms before designing live sync.
