Company setup
- Sign in through Company login, then open Integrations → Business apps. Company staff accounts are separate from driver accounts.
- An owner connects and validates an app account. New connections stay paused until the owner enables them.
- Owners review accounting exports and agreement recipients. Managers review Shopify freight within their assigned teams.

Security and recovery
OAuth state is browser-bound, expiring and consumed once. Tokens, imported customer data, signer details and completed PDFs are encrypted. Company writes enforce origin checks and current owner or team permissions.
Operations have durable leases and stable identities. An uncertain invoice or envelope creation is reconciled against the existing remote record. UNKNOWN means review is needed; it does not authorize another remote creation. Pausing stops new worker requests; an already submitted remote request may finish.
