Fleet load board FAQs

What is a fleet load board?

A fleet load board brings open freight jobs into one searchable marketplace so carriers can find loads that suit their lanes, timing, vehicles and available capacity.

Can transport companies use HaulMatch to find backloads?

Yes. Carriers can search open loads on a return lane and bid on freight that fits their capacity and schedule, helping reduce empty kilometres.

Does HaulMatch dispatch vehicles or drivers?

No. HaulMatch helps carriers find and bid on freight jobs, but it is not currently a multi-vehicle dispatch, telematics or fleet-maintenance system.

What does it cost for a fleet to bid?

It is free to register, browse and bid. The published carrier commission applies only when a load is awarded. Check the pricing page for the current rate and GST details.
