Added once when a driver is assigned. This published fee includes GST; the minimum protects very small bookings and the cap protects high-value loads.

Deducted from the accepted quote and inclusive of GST. Bundled loads receive lower rates: 8% for two loads and 7% for three or more. Your exact wallet proceeds are shown and locked when you submit the bid.

How GST works: Driver quotes exclude GST. HaulMatch platform fees include GST. If the driver's registration is verified against the ABR, 10% carrier GST is added to the quote, paid by the shipper and passed through to the driver to remit. HaulMatch issues separate tax invoices for the carrier service and its marketplace fees.
How payment works: The shipper funds the milestone after accepting a bid. Funds remain allocated to that job until delivery is confirmed or the dispute process determines release or refund.
