Review company templates and signers, then explicitly send an optional agreement.

Integrations are in preview. Setup access depends on rollout and provider configuration. If your settings show integrations are not enabled, contact HaulMatch for availability. Contact us.

Connect your account

  1. Start with a DocuSign developer account. HaulMatch configures its confidential OAuth application and exact callback.
  2. Select TEST or LIVE and provide your account ID. OAuth userinfo verifies your account and allowed regional API host. Production API access requires DocuSign go-live approval.
  3. Enable the validated connection. For signed notifications, configure Connect JSON events in DocuSign and enter its HMAC key in the owner-only secure field. Polling is also supported.

Review and send

  1. Load account templates, select a company job and enter every required signer role, name and email.
  2. Preview the recipients and approve sending. HaulMatch creates a draft envelope and persists its ID before sending. An interrupted operation reconciles that envelope instead of creating another.
  3. Follow sent, completed, declined or voided status in operation history. Completed PDFs are encrypted and available only to a current company owner with job access.
Agreements are optional. Their status never changes dispatch, job state or payment.

Interrupted sends

If a creation or send result is UNKNOWN, reconcile the existing operation. When DocuSign still shows a draft after an uncertain send, inspect that envelope directly. HaulMatch does not blindly send it again. Completed document downloads are limited to 10 MB. Templates must use supported signer roles only. Copied recipients, other recipient types and additional notification recipients are blocked. Draft recipients are checked again against the approved names, emails and roles before sending.
