All used agricultural, mining and earthmoving machinery entering Western Australia is inspected for soil, seeds and plant material. It must be cleaned to quarantine standard before arrival — unwashed machinery can be held and charged commercial cleaning rates, or refused entry. Inspections happen at the Eucla and Kununurra road checkpoints. Always confirm current requirements with DPIRD / Quarantine WA before booking.
