Based on the dimensions provided (300 m wide (over 2.5 m), 250 m high (over 4.3 m)), this load likely exceeds general access limits and will need an oversize/overmass (OSOM) permit, and possibly pilots or escorts. Carriers factor this into their quote — confirm permit requirements for the route with the relevant authority before booking.

A move to or from WA travels outside NHVR jurisdiction, so oversize or overmass loads need permits from Main Roads WA — not NHVR Go. Very wide loads (over ~5.5 m) may also require a WA Traffic Escort Warden, which can add roughly $1,000–$2,500 per day to a quote. Confirm requirements with Main Roads WA before booking.
