All used agricultural, mining and earthmoving machinery entering Western Australia is inspected for soil, seeds and plant material. It must be cleaned to quarantine standard before arrival — unwashed machinery can be held and charged commercial cleaning rates, or refused entry. A move to or from WA travels outside NHVR jurisdiction, so oversize or overmass loads need permits from Main Roads WA — not NHVR Go.
